Magneium is typically found in fibre-rish foods such as green lefy vegetables, bananas, avocados, wholegrains, fish and meat. Symptoms of too much magnesium include: breathing problems, skin and eye irritations, flu-like symptoms and an upset stomache, whilst too little magnesium may result in muscle cramps, fatigue, osteoporosis, an irregular heart beat or high blood pressure.
